Jerusalem, Israel, May 8, 2012 --- BioLineRx Ltd. (NASDAQ: BLRX) (TASE: BLRX), a biopharmaceutical development company, announced today that it will release its unaudited financial results for the three-months ended March 31, 2012 on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, before the U.S. markets open.

The Company will host a conference call on Tuesday, May 15 at 10:00 a.m. EDT featuring remarks by Kinneret Savitsky, Ph.D., CEO of BioLineRx, and Philip Serlin, Chief Financial and Operating Officer of BioLineRx.
